teams of 3-racers; one racer must be a women
Board
any board 14' and under. Teams must use the same board for the entire race
Safety
It is recommended that teams have their own safety boat.

Approximately 10:00am
Racer meeting
At HIHO shop at 8:00am.
Entry fee
There is no entry fee if you are a registered participant in the 2013 HIHO BVI race. Non-event participants pay $100 each. The registration deadline is June 30. Racers registering after June 30 pay $150. Entry includes a race jersey, lunch, sore muscles and an epic downwind paddle. Contact race HQ for into and to register: [e-mail here]
Mini-Painkiller Cup
Same as above but the start is at Sandy Cay no earlier than 11:30am. Course is Sandy Cay to the Soggy Dollar Bar. Entry fee is $50. Register on the beach.
